Land Plots and Settlements
An overview of the farming, crafting and other buildings available (v.4)
The following buildings occupy one land plot; it is not mandatory to be part of a settlement, and some essential buildings can be claimed once for $50 in Koson and materials free.
Stone quarry - Extract and stockpile stone for building
Lumber/Saw Mill - The place where logs are cut into lumber for Workshop
Claypit - Extract and stockpile clay for building
Farm - Grow crops and harvest on a scheduled basis
Smithy - Upgradeable to Armorsmithing or Weaponsmithing
Workshop - Upgradeable to Carpentry or Construction
Fishing / Hunting Lodge - Stockpile fish, meat and leather
Kitchen - Cooks make food from Farming/Fishing/Hunting
Studium - Upgradeable to Scholars, Mystics, or Physicians
Tailor shop - Tailors
Craft shop - Upgradeable to Artisans or Tinkers

Settlements (Manor, Palatium, Castle)
Settlements are represented by an NFT received after the chosen settlement is claimed on the interactive map.
Each NFT Settlement contains data such as coordinates of the land plots linked to it, buildings claimed, and resource harvest rate (if applicable).
Manor (10+ land plots)
- Stable (breed horses)
- Granary (stockpile farming harvests)
- Pier (small dock for fast travel and trading)
- Hunting / Fishing Lodge - Stockpile fish, meat and leather
Palatium (50+ land plots)
- Trading Post (marketplace)
- War Horse training
- Port (Fast travel, marketplace)
- Mystery Building (TBA)
Castle (100+ land plots)
- Mystic Temple (summonings, portals)
- Bookmaker House (bets on horse racing and other ancient sports)
- Mystery Building (TBA)
Every building:
Occupies one or several land plots
Is available for specific settlements
Has a Blueprint price in $ paid in Koson and is valid one time for each biome
Requires materials in order to be built
Has a food requirement per day
Can be demolished at any time for a fee of $25 in Koson.

The Koson received is distributed as follows:
25% - The owner of the land plot/s (if the land is on rental, else burned)
25% - Play to Earn reward pool (prolonging the period)
25% - Treasury
25% - Burn (or 50% burned if the land is not on rental)

*$50 in Koson and materials are Free, with the first five essential buildings per wallet.
Stone quarries, Claypit, Lumber / Saw Mill and Farms provide harvests on a scheduled basis and have limited storage.
Every harvest except Farms can bring unique drops from time to time.
Resources will be in the form of NFTs but not transferable (only to marketplaces if any user owns one).
A user that owns a market has his % fee on top of our royalties.
If more users own markets, a seller can choose his preferred market to sell his horses/resources.
Marketplaces are available from the Palatium settlement and up as pier/trading posts.
All trades are Koson exclusive, including horse breeding.
